Recruitment Supervisor
Our client, a large oil/gas company in Qatar, seeks to recruit the above to assist and participate in the planning, organization and control of the recruitment and selection process to employ qualified personnel. The ideal candidate will hold a University degree with at least 6 years’ Personnel experience in a reputed organization of which at least 2 years should have been in professional recruitment preferably within the GCC.
Duties of the jobholder will include:
- Receiving recruitment requisitions from various departments and arranging to place advertisements for the vacancies.
- Scrutinizing received applications, preparing short list and replying to rejected applications.
- Organizing interviews for local and overseas candidates; arranging travel, visa and accommodation.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and the Ministry of Labor regarding vacancies with regular follow-ups.
- Organizing overseas interview campaigns; planning travel and stay of interviewers; coordinating schedule with candidates.
- Preparing offer letters for selected candidates and following up legal documentation, arranging familiarization and orientation programs etc.
This position is based in Doha, Qatar.
